Great staff, people out in the field and especially Jennifer who runs the maintenance division. She was a little slow with returning calls but she apologized for taking so long,. She handled our difficult situation with an elderly parent. My mother loves her crew that does her house now. She says they are very sweet and wave everytime she sees them.

Simply Yards done my Business for 10 Years! Their staff, employees, and owner are very nice and go the extra mile for the customers. Not sure why  there are some bad reviews but I can't say enough good things about them.

Avoid!

Extremely rude office staff. Do not do the work specified in the contract.

Used to be excellent 2 to 3 years ago but have gone way downhill.

One star is because crews are polite, neat and work hard.

A real disappointment.

I'd give this company no stars if possible.  This company does not honor it's contracts. The owner of this company is unreasonable.  Nasty and downright mean.  I'd be very wary of entering into a contract with this company nor having this company do any work for you especially if you allow him to use a credit card for any purchases as he uses the charge on his card as leverage against you. Very unprofessional and has bad ethics and business practices.

I  am an owner in the Park Lane Condo Association in Mount Vernon, WA. I and my husband also reside there. Simply Yards has been hired to maintain our grounds which includes mowing and other services.
It has been weeks since they've mowed a portion of grass behind one of the condos adjacent to me and also the lawn to the left of my garage. I am reluctantly giving them one star. I would not give any stars for the embarrassment of the appearance of our grounds. The areas they have mowed are 4 or more inches long and that is just after a mowing. Unacceptable.
Also, a tree we have planted next to our garage was broken by them without any offer to do anything about it. Very unprofessional.
A competitor has left a business card on my doorstep more than once as they have observed from the street that our properties are not well maintained. Previously, the builder's son had done mowing for our grounds that although not a professional job, he at least mowed all of the lawn areas.
Disappointed. I believe the Association Board has also emailed them about the unacceptable service.
