  I am a former employee of Melissa Siler. Unfortunately, the experience I had working for her wasn't positive as Melissa was verbally abusive, discriminative, unprofessional and five weeks after ending my employment with her, I still have not received my final check. Due to her ignoring my calls and texts regarding my last check and the other unreasonable behavior demonstrated by Melissa, I'm forced to press charges. Relating to the quality of the service, it's about the same as the treatment of her employees. Before she trained me to clean Tj Maxx, I took notice in the punch in sheet which showed that there wasn't anyone to clean the store for three consecutive days. Beyond the neglect of that account, I know of other accounts in which she has done the same.

  Multiple messages, discussion and emails and assurances that we were all set and yet Melissa failed to show up leaving my Airbnb guests with a dirty cottage. Untrustworthy, to say the least.

  After committing she never returned my phone calls/text messages or showed up. This was a very important situation that was needed to be done for the health of one of my children.
