  I called for an estimate on a small piece of landscaping with pavers for the front of my house. Nearly 3 weeks have passed and each time I call I get to the answering machine. Obviously my call wasn't important like your message says. Found someone else to come out and do the work.

  Hi Michael, I am sorry you are dissatisfied, when you called a couple of weeks ago you stated you already had someone coming to do the work the first week of December and our schedule is booked until the first of the year. I am sorry that we could not meet your timeline to get you an estimate to compare to the one you already had accepted from another company. We always try to provide the best customer service possible.
