  The service started fine but weed control was not working, I had to call three times to get weeds under control and I still had to spot spray myself. Showcase lawns has a problem with communication within its company. I asked two times for an area of my yard not to be treated and they failed to follow my request both times. Both times they killed the fresh seed I was growing. The field man understood what they did but the office newer understood. They just told me I was cutting or watering wrong. I prepaid for the year in good faith that Showcase would do a good job but had to cancel when the fell short almost every time. I was told they would refund the balance of the year, but I have not seen a refund yet. Over two weeks!

  Showcase did an excellent job last year. Lawn looked great even in the drought. Jason, their tech, is a real asset to the company, very friendly and knowledgeable as to lawn care. Will use again.
