You got to have a John Deere. I went in to talk to John he ordered me a z355r zero turn mower. Came straight from the factory they got it in put together for me and get it to me as soon as possible. Wonderful people to work with I'm proud to have my first John Deere. My backyard hadn't been mowed in 3 weeks but it took no time at all for the zero turn to knock it out so I can sit back on the patio and drinking iced tea.

Yes I have Z915 I bought from John Deere Liberty. When I first got it from John Deere within hours it threw a rod. John Deere did provide a loaner and made good on that by replacing the engine. I've had and issue of it running on one cylinder for the past summer. I told the shop I believe it was the coils? They changed fuel filter and told me it needs a new wiring harness.......for 1100 or 1200 dollars. Charged me 100 dollars to tell me that. I came home and changed the coils myself and the problem is solved. Will not go back to the Liberty Shoppa's until their level of skills improve. They use to be great.......something has happened when it changed from Fosters to Shoppa?

I have always bought my John Deere parts and supplies here. They have always helped me get the right thing the first time. At one time I lived over 26 miles away from their shop. They came and picked up my mower, repaired it, then returned it. I did not see the cost of the delivery. The cost of the parts and labor were the same as was quoted. I have been treated very well by this location, and will continue to do business with them.
