  A mutual acquaintance referred me to this business after I said that I was looking for compost. I was put into contact with Dillon Shaw. After speaking with him, I purchased a $300 truckload of compost to be delivered after checking out their site and noting that they have a section saying “organic compost.” He delivered the truckload to me on July 9 2020. When I started taking loads of the compost over to the site I was trying to improve, I noticed trash mixed into the pile. Upon further inspection, there was more than one or two pieces of garbage in this product. I found multiple plastic bottles, weed whacker strings, multiple pieces of caution tape and plastic filament along with some other unidentifiable plastic pieces. I wrote a review and posted the photos of what I had taken out of the compost on the business Facebook page to which Dillon responded offering me a refund. When I responded back minutes later, he did not respond again until the next day. His next day response was quite different and challenged if I had ever even bought compost before and telling me it’s great for gardens. I’m not sure who thinks refuse and plastic bits are great for gardens being in the landscaping business? He blocked me on messenger and from this poor customer service and the sheer childish nature of how this played out, it was definitely enough to prompt me to write this review to anyone who is thinking about using this guys business. I’m a veteran on a fixed income who was trying to improve the soil to grow some food. I can’t say that this product was quality. I was finally refunded my money in a very abrupt transaction by the father. He took my trash and left which I appreciated. Customer service for this company is nonexistent so buyer beware.
