Absolute wonderful company and people to have the pleasure to do business with. Prices are very reasonable and the service has been over the top. It has been so nice to be able to depend on Sharp and Lube for all of our maintenance and repairs for the last few years. . Thank you

Three "P"s Polite, Professional and Punctual. Have done business with them for two years now. They are responsive, polite and professional. When called they always return calls. They keep my machinery in excellent condition and inform me of any service that I might need to have done. Their prices are reasonable. Very happy with their service

Two different family members used this Sharp-N-Lube Mobile Mower Service during the past week. Our end results working with this company were not as good as the other family member's results. Here is a summary of what my experience with this company was like : Unexpected & Unpleasant experience with this company - I wrote to Sara about this problem again early this morning. I would not encourage anyone to use this company based on our experience. I was told the repair on my daughter's mower would be a simple thing. A new belt would be needed and that should repair it. Dwaine also led me to believe that the John Deere mower that is less than 5 years old+/- was worth being repaired when he took the mower away. After he got the mower he told me on the phone that the new belt didn't repair the problem and it would cost $60 per hour to begin investigating what may be wrong with the mower. Maybe it was a linkage problem was one suggestion he said could be what was going on. He could not guarantee how long it would take to give another diagnosis of what the problem was with the mower. My daughter would not have approved of the mower being taken at all if Dwaine would have mentioned that there was going to be a $60 per hour charge to be expected once he started looking at what the problem was now that he changed the belt and discovered a new belt didn't repair the problem after all. We ended up telling him to bring the mower back to our home and to have Dwaine stop before he started doing something we did not authorize him to do. I let him know I wouldn't encourage anyone to agree to pay $60 per hour for an undetermined amount of time. When he returned the mower he said something about how the mower is junk. He didn't mention that the mower was junk before he left to put the new belt on the mower. Why would anyone want to pay for a new belt if the belt wasn't going to make the mower work again? I would have loved to be able to leave them a good & positive review but you just can't do that when things turn out as badly as this did. I still don't understand why he bothered to tell me that the mower was worth getting the new belt put on it then he returned the mower calling it junk. I told him I have two neighbors with John Deere mowers and the men don't appear to have any problems with their mowers. Dwaine told me that the other men probably have different models of the mower and the mowers the neighbors have are probably older mowers that were made better than this one. A man changed the oil for my daughter at the end of last season. The man that changed the oil felt the mower was worth continued use and there were no major problems with it at that time.
