  Hello, I wanted to work with this company because it has 5 stars. It’s disappointing that I have to be the first to give them a bad review. I received an unprofessional experience with this company. They scheduled to look at my lawn on Monday and there was no call and no show. Then When I called about it they gave an excuse that people don’t work in the rain. That is 100% understandable, however they were not doing physical work. They were coming to make an assessment and give an estimate. That doesn’t require to be labor intensive in the rain. Then there team didn’t call to notify me. Then on top of it they hang up on me when I wanted to talk to a supervisor. I called back and a team member hang up again.
