Went in to purchase a new gooseneck utility truck body for my service truck and the salesman was as rude as they come. Old guy who just scoffed at me when having to come outside to measure my truck like i was an inconvenience, he was absolutely miserable to work with. Needless to say I took my 10k elsewhere. Don’t waste your time if your looking to purchase anything from them, there are plenty of other places to spend your money and have good customer service. Very Unpleasant experience.

I went to buy a lawn tractor, but I got the feeling the sales guy wasn't all that interested in helping me. And when I inquired about the 15% discount for first responders he told me paramedics weren't considered first responders, just fire fighters and police officers. I didn't really need the discount, but i AM a first responder. The poster hanging on their wall even says EMS. (They should probably take that down.) I kind of had my heart set on a Cub Cadet, but I'll check out the John Deere dealership instead. Two stars because my initial contact was with a very friendly person who pointed me towards Mr. Grouchy.

I wouldn’t recommend this business to anybody. My experience consisted of having a company vehicle outfitted for working in the field. I dealt with the salesman John, who is about the most unpleasant person to do business with. I walked in with a high spending limit because of what all I was needing. After it was all said and done I received about a 1/4 of what I needed. After receiving my truck back I was not happy with part of the product that was purchased and installed on my truck. The part was sub par compared to other options in the market and for the premium price that is charged to my company for this, I felt like I should have been given a better option. I will try to settle my dispute with the manufacturer on this part but I will try my best to not have to return to this dealer.
