  Fabulous service and quality! Just had several trees removed and I cannot speak more highly about there team. From there office staff setting up the work to the team that felled the trees Sevenzocks is top notch. I recommend them highly!

  Requested an estimate for XL 2 trees to be removed from a property I was purchasing. When I made the appt, I was clear to explain the trees needed to be priced separately as 1 of them is technically owned by the city of Albany and I was trying to understand who’s responsibility it was and I may only be removing 1. The estimate was provided. After closing - a month later, I contacted them to revise the contract to just 1 tree removal & stump grinding. I signed the contract and moved onto scheduling. Dan popped over to verify the job, a date was set for another week out and the day before our appt I was told they didn’t have the right equipment on hand and had to reschedule. They’d be right back to me with the new date. A week later I’m contacted by Dan... saying they underpriced my job and increased it $1200 more! From $2200 to $3400 or was it $3500 for the 1 tree. Dan.. was the original estimator which I spoke to about pricing the trees separately when he came onsite to inspect He was also the same person to get this project before scheduling my appt... He blamed the mis-communication and lack of understanding the scope on the lady that handles the office/appts vs taking ownership, as he was out personally twice! What makes things worse... I tried to understand the situation and gave in! called Dan back to tell him 3 days later (it was the weekend)- told him I was willing to remove both trees just to get it done and never heard back. Unprofessional, total waste of time and a rip off!
