We contacted for a preventive maintenance on our unit. Andrew was right on time I checked on the condition of my unit he was very helpful of sharing and showing of my unit. Very professional and very respectful towards his customer.I would highly recommend this service .

We have used Service First for all of our Heating and Air needs since moving to Cadiz.. We have had two split units installed and we are completely satisfied. I am not sure how far outside of Cadiz they work but I would totally recommend this company if your in the Cadiz area. The team members are all courteous and on time. The receptionist is always attentive and helpful, and the owner will not leave you with any questions. I recommend them to anyone that has Heating and Air needs.

My air conditioning unit had gone out on Sunday. I called them Monday morning, and they came within a couple of hours of my call and repaired the unit. I had them back to do routine maintenance on the ac and heating unit. I highly recommend Service First.

Service First was excellent and has a new customer and advocate going forward.  My furnace was not heating when we got home from an overnight trip.   Called on a Friday after hours and they answered right away.  We were fine for the night but was told if we needed him to come he would.  Made appointment for next morning and they were right on time.  It was cold and pouring rain!  They started checking it out and we told them to come back in a few hours when the rain would be stopped.  Came back, and got right to work.   I was prepared to be told I needed a new unit(mine is old) and was SO surprised when I was told the only charge was a service call.  Also, he saw something else but didn’t have the part with him so he is coming back to switch it out the next time he is out here.  I love good honest people!!!  Thank you!!

We woke up to no air and went to work. We call service first about 1pm and they were there 5 hours later!! Thank you for showing up so quickly! The guy that came was very professional and found what was wrong right away! He fixed it and was done! We will call them anytime we have an issue!
