I set up services over the phone, no online option, and they just came out and charged for each visit. Definitely a bit pricey, but since I am not doing it myself it is to be expected. Would like more online options like adding or removing services.

Spoke w/ Eric A. concerning their plans and programs. He was able to provide detailed explanations and answered additional questions. He was able to sign us up over the phone and get the first important treatment scheduled. He provided excellent service and was extremely professional. If the lawn ends up as AWESOME as the quality of their service, then they will get & earn the 5 stars from me when I return to provide an updated review within the next 5 to 8 weeks...

These guys literally killed my lawn. Not kidding - it started wilting immediately after one of their sprays. See photos I’ve been trying to get ahold of management - I’ve been promised a call from the Denver office a dozen times and have never received one. I’m filing a complaint with the BBB and our local chamber of commerce - I suggest you do the same if you’ve gone through something similar

Sterling, thank you so much for reaching out to us. We apologize for your frustration regarding this matter. We took a look at your account and see that we came out on 6/26 to access the current condition of your lawn at that time and that the technician indicated there was significant insect damage. He inspected the lawn for any active insects. He recommended at that time an insecticide treatment, but it does not look like this was done. We see you were able to touch base with our branch manager Erik in July who offered to come out and slid seed the infected areas at no charge as a good show of faith.
