Two things to note about this business: 1. They will show up at your house to perform services on a day that was not previously discussed with you and then become unprofessional when you are clearly (and understandably) upset. This has happened twice. They told us they would show up one day (and never did) and we cancel the service by calling - and then they show up on a random day. The man who showed up yelled at our dogs for being in the back yard - however, we never knew he was coming. He said he tried calling and we did not answer. We work and can't always answer phone calls, especially for unplanned visits. Also, we asked for text messages to be sent, not phone calls. The man read our paper right in front of us and agreed it said to text, not call, but was still unprofessional. He yelled at the dogs for being in the backyard as he tried to enter (again without our knowledge or permission). The first time this happened - again we were not told they were coming on this particular day and a different Senske person entered our backyard and started irrigation BEFORE the sprinklers were fixed. We had told them numerous times irrigation would not do any good without water. They stopped the irrigation midway through and said they would not bill us - and yet still billed us for it. 2. There are no payment plans. The solicitor / sales person who shows up at your door will lie to push their business onto you. We were told there were options for repayment of services since we needed our water system fixed first before irrigation could be done and once they fixed the sprinklers - they wanted to collect the money asap. They threatened collections - even though it hadn't even been a month. Also, they stated that each person has 60 days from service to pay or else it goes to collections. This is a gross misrepresentation of what the sales person described. And our service was done in August (for the sprinklers - the only service we actually approved of and received) and they said we had until September because the irrigation was done in July. This is the same irrigation that was NOT complete due to their mistake. We had told Senske numerous times we did not have water and NOT to come and do irrigation. They will come onto your property without permission and start services - even if you do not answer their message. We should have until October 18th, 2021 to pay the bill since the irrigation from July is completely and 100% invalid - they did not cancel after our numerous attempts at telling them to cancel the scheduled service. Even one of the Senske employees agreed with us that they do not always get proper information from management on servicing and have made numerous mistakes before.

Now a days it is tough to find quality workmanship. Needless to say I am always satisfied with Travis Woodard's work ethic and his above & beyond approach to getting the job done. Travis winterized my sprinkler system taking time to ensure that the job was done right the first time. Thank you Travis, and Senske Services for a job well done.

I contacted Senske for pest control after they came highly recommended by many people. They quoted me and all was well until they didn't show up to any appointments. I was supposed to get service on the 30th and no one showed up only to find out they had rescheduled my appointment without notification or warning. No one could tell me why that happened and I never received a call back. Jump to today when they were rescheduled to come and again no one shows up and no one calls. They were unable to provide me with a reason and said they would get with the tech and call me back. Again no one even called back with reasoning. Maybe their service is great, their customer service and communication are far from.
