  I work here. Family owned, great managers with over 60 years of combined lawn care experience, and customer service second to none. I love this job and personally put my customers' lawns first. Give us a try, you won't be disappointed!

  Paid for a year of service for fertilizing starting in September 2021. Paid in advance and the fund ran out in 3 months. Called for assistance and was told that fund was used for 2021, another for 12 month interval. Half of the fund was used,$617.50, for an aeration we didn’t need and wasn’t in the quote. We also didn’t get the “one time free treatment” after signing up for the “lawn care program”. Washington Tree & Lawn Care to Senske Services is a most disappointing change; Washington Tree & Lawn Care had some many great testimonies... No help or remediation offered by Senske Service. Not worth my time going to small claims - not recommended.

  Today was the first time I was home to actually witness a service being supposedly performed. The service agent completed two services; mosquito control and quarterly pest control. He performed this service in about 5 minutes and left, while I was given the bill for $250.60 for what I feel was a horrible trade off. I called and complained a few weeks back about our pest servicing, was promised a service agent would be out soon, it took two weeks to get a garbage service once again and a huge bill. The funny thing is supposedly the agent did two services at my house but only used one back pack of chemical. So I feel lied to and cheated by Washington tree and lawn care service, I don’t recommend any use their service. This is also the first I’ve ever left a review for a company but this much deserved. I made the immediate decision to terminate all of there services because I no longer want to feel a customer that’s been sold a bunch of lies. Guess the focus of companies is no longer on the customer and all they really care about is stealing more from our wallets and purses.
