They got a younger man in there behind the counter that is new and they were chewing him out about everything you could imagine in front of customers. Actually he was friendly and professional, he helped me as much as he could. I won't be doing business with them again now that I know how they treat their own staff. Appalling to witness.

Friendly and quick, they got my mower in right away and had it fixed in a week. They kept me apprised of the progress, and even though my repair was initially thought to be a big warranty repair, they discovered a simple wear item was bad. I had to pay, but the parts and labor were reasonably priced.

Took my 85 yr. old step-father's Toro Rider in for service. First they had no record that he had purchased it there though he had. Said they had a computer crash several years ago and lost some of their records. OK, it happens. Told them to: Replace blades & belts, fix a broke choke cable, service ie oil & oil filter, air filter, fuel filter, plugs, and mentioned a rattling noise in engine area. Repeated all instructions a 2nd time for clarity as the counter person was typing it in. They didn't give us any paper work "It's all here in the computer and we will call when its finished". A week and a half later they called and said that it was ready. He went to pick it up and was told there was no internet service so they couldn't give him a receipt (how did they know how much to charge him?). He paid cash and without a receipt he isn't even sure what he was charged for. As mentioned by another review all equipment is keep outdoors uncovered. He got home and discovered only the belts, blades and choke cable had been replaced. No service work had been performed. The air filter was extremely dirty, oil was black and showing low on the stick, and plugs & filters had not been changed. Obviously no one even looked at these items. Also both front tires were flat and rear tires were really low. It also had a dead battery. To take advantage of an 85yr old man is pretty sad.
