We took our 2 month old poke saw to get a part replaced. Was quoted a price of 75.00. Go to pick it up, about a month later. And told, I owed 213.00. I bought the pole saw brand new for 198.00, with tax it was 213.00. They are not resolving the situation. The employee who qutited me the 75.00 no longer works there, I'm not surprised. Might as well go by a new one again, for that price. It is a Stihl pole saw. After 2 months I doubt all the inner working parts needed to be replaced already. Not happy with this situation.

I have bought thousands of dollars from here (Hannibal, MO). I dropped my Harley off to get the tire changed. It set there for over a month because they said they could not get the tire in I wanted. Jason told me he could get another one and have it in! I m like it would have been nice to have been told this a month ago. Anyway a week later I picked it up. When I picked it up I asked for my keys. They said I did not give them a set. I said yes because the battery was going out and you might need it because it has an alarm on it and they might need my fob. They said give them a couple of days to look for them. A few days passed and I was told that they couldn't find them and they believe I didn't give the keys to them. I'm like who drops their vehicle off to get worked on and don't give the keys to that vehicle. another reason was that my saddlebags might have been in the way of the tire and might need to be removed. I talked to the manager and he sent me a number to assume is the owner. When i called him he said he asked the people at the store if i gave them keys. Of course they said no and he said he was going to stick with them. He said he was not going to pay for the replacements and showed no care what so ever! I explained to him that I have bought a four wheeler from them and just bought a $2800 lawnmower and he did not care. He asked me if I remember who I gave the keys too. I told him three guys were helping me take the Harley out of the bed of my truck and gave it to one of them because the battery was dead and told them they might need them for the alarm! Again he said he wasn't going to do anything about it! To top it off they ripped my seat and scratched the paint on the rear fender where the seat screws down! I would highly recommend to go elsewhere! Poor customer service and poor ownership! I will tell everyone and especially my Veteran brothers and sisters!
