  Have been a customer for three years. With a premium package that included aeration in the fall. This year I was disappointed by the companies services. With this much rain through the summer there is no reason to have dead spots. See pictures. During applications. I was told to stop bagging grass. — I did. I was told to buy and apply lawns seed. — I did 4X at $60/ bag. I called and asked someone to come out and check my lawn. As now I have rust and clover. I was told to call back!!! Someone finally came by after I posted on their website asking for assistance on my lawn service. Gentleman showed up and as immediately defensive after much back and forth he agreed to reseed but took no responsibility on quality of my lawn. All that was done was to put some seed down. I’m not sure how this will combat rust. When I checked later tonight I see where many spots were missed with seeding of dead spots. See pictures. I didn’t criticize previous years as we had far less rain. Lawn should be much better with this much rain. What’s the point?? Lazy is lazy and not defendable. See pictures. Follow up 9/24: after seeing this review a rep contacted me and offered to send a seeding crew out. Today they they showed up in the rain seeded and plugged/aerated the lawn. Hoping these steps help!! Nice to be called with an offer to help.

  Thank you for your review. It looks like we did reseed some of the damaged areas, except for those damaged by the trampoline. I'm so sorry that someone told you to "call back" when you called in. That's terrible, and not at all what we've trained our employees to say. I will certainly rectify that issue. The red thread (rust) is treated with extra fertilizer. Fungicides don't help. I'm sorry you feel that we are lazy. We do offer free services calls and have offered to seed areas for you, at no charge. Someone from our office will follow up with you.

  Great company, grass looks phenomenal on just about every property I see with one of their flags. Office staff is friendly and understanding. Great company they are the best in their business

  I have the Bronze package and have had it for 3 yrs. My grass looks amazing. I have a secret competition with my neighbors that I am winning......lol
