  Last year, we hired Seabreeze as our contractor to construct our front yard. We love our new front yard and the compliments have been pouring in from our neighbors! Mike and his team at Sea Breeze Landscape Construction did an excellent job with the remodel of our driveway, front yard and entryway. We wanted to demo our whole front yard and replace it with pavers and a small courtyard. In addition, we wanted to replace our driveway with pavers. Bids were received from 4 companies. Of the 4 companies, Mike was the only one that followed up promptly with a detailed list and bid of everything that we wanted. Sea Breeze's rates are very competitive. They requested a very minimal deposit down and progress payments based on work performed. For me, that was a big confidence builder. Working with Mike was a pleasure. He is professional, friendly and is very helpful with design ideas. Mike took the time to thoroughly review our construction project, showed us samples of exterior materials and offered many helpful suggestions that made our project just perfect! His team is honest, hardworking, and do quality work. Every day the team showed up between 6:30am and 7am and went right to work. They were very friendly and answered any of our questions about the work being performed. If they didn't have an answer, Mike replied to us immediately. The new courtyard looks beautiful. As they were building it, the team reviewed their work with me to make sure everything was perfect. The quality of the construction is amazing. My neighbors all love it! Mike checked with us often to ensure we were satisfied and personally visited us during and after the work was competed to ensure our satisfaction. I highly recommend Sea Breeze Landscape and Construction. I have recommended Mike and his team to all neighbors when they ask me who did our work and to all of my family and friends!
