  Had him do snow removal for me. Be careful paying in advance because it is impossible to get a refund out of him when you don't use all your service calls in a season.

  refund was issued. FINALLY:) but I bailed him out BEFORE any funds exchanged hands. hes not being all that truthful and totally discounts the fact I was the only one who showed up to bail him out! he has a "problematic" property hes trying to sell. I always had to be there for the emergencies because the city was citing him for property neglect. I deserve a FIVE star rating for bein there to bail him out:) I offered to use balance of snow removal to mow lawn until sold as to avoid more fines. he didn't respond timely to my queries. so I waited for a response trying to help. fines can get out of control from city governments and didn't want to see him in more trouble. when I FINALLY got a final response from him I refunded the $25 remaining. this I don't feel is the place for such pettiness, but I digress. wasn't sure I should even say THIS. but im the type of person that has to speak out if im "dissed" and I think this was out of line for what it was. oh well....I TRY to do the best by all of my customers and anyone who deals with me on a regular basis knows this and the hundreds who havnt spoken out speak volumes in my mind!:) .........Scott.

  This is non business issue. This man was trespassing on my property and thought it was a good idea to rummage thru my car. Totally out of line and this is no place for this sort of nonsense!
