  Bought a new home from J. Jones Builder (who also owns Franklin Aluminum). The house was supposed to be fully landscaped, but the day before closing it had not been done. Scott Lawn and Landscape came in, rototilled the ground (they did not remove the rocks, tree parts, or garbage afterwards), and blew in straw and seed. Our neighbors advised that they took about an hour to do it, and did little or no prep. I imagine it more likely took them 2 hours! The results show it. Here is a link to photos of our "landscaping." We watered like crazy, but to no avail. We have been trying for 2 1/2 months to get them to come out to fix this mess, and the builder keeps telling us they're "going to come out," but now that the freeze is here, it's probably too late. I keep wondering if waiting was the strategy all along. Scott Lawn and Landscape is not doing J. Jones Builder any favors.
