I needed a gift for a friend whose mom had just passed away. The lady at Schoenbrunn helped me find the perfect thing when even I didn't know exactly what I was looking for. She knew prices and characteristics for the plants we looked at and took the time to help me find what I needed. (A beautiful plant that has purple flowers and draws butterflies.)

I thought I would get more topsoil by the scoop than what I did for 48$..that's too pricey for dirt when I can get it else where for 20-25$ a bigger scoop. Very disappointed!
The plants looked nice along with the hanging baskets and staff were nice also

Received four "buckets" of topsoil today,  I was hoping to get four tons but they only sell by the bucket.  They were not sure the actual weight.  After all of their time in business, you would think that they have figured out the weight.  I was quoted $230.54 delivered.  I had the check ready.  Driver gave me a invoice for $241.27.   So, I wrote another check.   I paid him in protest and stated that I will alert others to this up charging.  The product seems good but the business practice seems less than professional.

Schoenbrunn did a great job on landscaping we had done on our property. The plants in the nursery in Cambridge always look healthy and staff is very helpful.
