  Horrible customer service. Frequently wanted to mow my lawn when it didn’t need it, but then never showed up when it did. When I called to ask where they were and if they were coming as scheduled , I was told they were too busy and too far behind to mow my lawn. Nevertheless, the owner said he would work with me and continue to mow until I found someone else… But they never came back and never called. Two weeks later in the middle of June when I saw his crew mowing at the complex next-door to me, I assumed he would send them over to do my lawn…. But no, they blew me off again. I paid them $80 a week for years, and then they just completely ghosted me. This is not how a respectable business treats their customers. One of the worst customer service experience I’ve ever heard. I’m still in shock. Beware.

  Ben Stover and his crew are professional, experienced, and extremely hard working. If you're looking for someone to do the job in a timely and skillful way, call SBLC Landscaping. I have hired SBLC for lawn-care, tree work, and light excavation, and have been impressed with the whole operation. A great experience.
