Extremely unresponsive. I had a year-long plan with them and cancelled it mid-year. My lawn doesn't look any better, and when I try to get someone on the phone, they say they'll have someone call me and nobody does.

On time, safe, and friendly. I contracted Downey via GEORGIA LANDSCAPE in Hiram to prune the trees that block the view of my backyard. They were on time and made quick work of the job and left no mess. I will certainly call them again and do recommend them.
