  I needed a small but crucial part for an older riding mower to get it running again. I called several large and small shops and no one had it availbe but offered to order it with a week or two for delivery. The person I spoke to at this shop didn't have one in stock, but spent 20 minutes looking for and found a used one there in good condition for me. For a very reasonable price, the mower was running again shortly after calling the shop. Staff was helpful and courteous.
