  I hired Santini's to do some routine maintenance on my property and after seeing the quality of their work, decided to get some custom work done. Belive me when I say that my yard is the pinnacle of the entire subdivision!

  Delivered to the wrong address...super rude!!!! Just kept saying it was taken care of and wouldn't explain what that means while our customer was calling us to see where his stuff was. I would never never use this place again!!!! I'm letting the Manteca Chamber know about them. Worst customer service 😒 Not to mention half their items on their website are not even in the store. Trash trash

  Well I had said we had it taken care of. I was never at any point rude, only said each time you yelled at me it's taken care of. I was getting several phone calls from you the gentleman that ordered and the office at the same time.. that is why I said we have it taken care of that should have been explanation in itself.. you yelled and you also said you would never purchase again and of course that is your prerogative. At the same time you yelling at me we had located a person to help me reload hence we have it taken care of and they showed and helped me load. You are boligerant, mean and aggressive and I was ok with that but there was no reason to yell at me. I was going to explain more Until you called me an idiot at that point I gave you the same answer as to not create conflict and the nastier you treated me. I am the owner of the company so it's not he said she said situation that I would possibly chastise an employee, you were just down right mean and my answers were direct with no tone. I dropped it there as that is what I looked up in the main account, and we never said I was going to leave it and in fact said again we have it taken care of when you said it goes to the other house.. When some says taken care of it means it is taken care of. so it was again taken care of. As I expressed many times. Your husband was very nice at the re drop approx 20 minutes after I made the mistake and fixed.

  Personable and knowledgeable staff. Great at answering any and all questions that I had about what work was being done on my property. I recommend this company to m friends and family. Will do business with this company again.
