  He did an awesome job on our yard and the price is decent. Speaks English and Spanish if anyone is wondering, he is fast and efficient. He is my regular yard man. I suggest him to anyone who is looking for yard work, trees cut, ditches ran thru, sprinklers set up even have patios built.

  DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THIS BUSINESS! This business is NOT HONEST! In the beginning, they are extremely nice and pleasant, however; I learned the hard way, this is NOT A GOOD BUSINESS! Santiago came to my home twice, to mow my front and back lawns. The first appointment, he showed up on time, and was very cordial. We negotiated a fair price, shock hands, and everything went well. The second appointment, Santiago showed up 2 1/2 hours late! Even though he had my cell phone number, THERE WAS NO COURTESY CALL, to inform me he was going to be late! He went ahead and mowed my lawns. When I called his office, to set up a third appointment, I spoke with his wife, Rosario. (she sets up his appointments) I scheduled an appointment for 11 AM, and then asked her to please have her husband call me, if he was going to be running late, or if there was an emergency, that would prevent him from showing up on time. Rosario immediately became VERY defensive, and was extremely RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! Apparently, she believes that her husband's time is much for valuable than any of HER CUSTOMERS' TIME! THIS IS A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE FOR ANY BUSINESS TO HAVE! What ever happened to the old adage, "the CUSTOMER is always right." A simple courtesy call of one minute would have been the professional way to handle this. There is something else at play here, that I WANT TO WARN YOU about: This business claims they will cut ANY lawn, without any weekly commitment from the customer. THIS IS A LIE! Evidently, Santiago will go out to your lawn and show up on time the FIRST APPOINTMENT, and then if he decides that he is not stealing enough of your money, he shows up 2 1/2 hours late the next appointment, and then has his wife do the dirty work of suggesting to you that, "maybe you should have another service cut your lawns" when you call to set up a third appointment. THIS IS A SCAM! THIS IS DISHONEST! Obviously, I will NEVER USE this business again and in fact, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO MY WORST ENEMY! BOTTOM LINE: DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. CALL ANOTHER SERVICE TO WORK ON ANY OF YOUR LANDSCAPING NEEDS! (YOU'LL BE GLAD YOU DID) P.S. I would have put zero stars, but the system forces you to select at least one star.

  Amazing work. Santiago is a hard working guy who went above and beyond my expectations. We will most likely use him as our regular yard guy moving forward.
