  We had a horrific "lawn" that was more weeds than grass as a result of neglect. Alex at Sand River came out for a consult and assured us that the lawn could be repaired with their lawn care program. We needed to mow and water and they would take care of the rest. Frankly, I was relieved we didn't have to have it torn up and resodded but I was also somewhat skeptical. True to their word they got right on various treatments and the lawn looks soo much better after a summer of Sand River's care! Additionally, we had Sand River do a major landscaping in our back yard. Their workers were prompt and professional. I am soo pleased and really enjoying both my yards now!! I would highly recommend Sand River!!

  Alex came out in 2019 and did an excellent job explaining about Michigan soil and the problems he saw with our lawn. He also helped me with some landscaping ideas. The landscaping was done last year (2019) and I could not be happier! After living in this house for 43 years I finally LOVE my landscaping! This year Josh came out and helped with some maintenance on the landscaping and some replanting and it is even better! He also took the time to explain in detail what I needed to do to make sure I kept the new plants alive. As for the lawn, we finished 2019 with the fertilizer company we started with, but in February, 2020 I called and hired Sand River Landscaping for the fertilization and care of our lawn. After many years of trying different companies our lawn was looking sad indeed. This year it has been consistently greener than it has been in years. We also seeded a little and will be doing more in the fall. There is still much improvement needed but with Sand River Landscaping we are finally starting to see it! Everyone we have met in this company is knowledgeable and professional. They have a certain radius from their office as to how far they will travel and we are just within their boundaries. I am so glad I heard their ads on WJR in 2019. This is an exceptional company and I plan on staying with them for many years to come!

  Sand River Landscaping is the BEST!!! I had them repair my lawn from all types of weeds and lawn pests. They are the only service that was successful in making my lawn healthy, lush and green again and weed free! Hands down, bar none the BEST lawn service provider.
