  I was having issues identifying the bug that was making my Paper Birch tree sick, a quick glance at a few photos and I had an answer (aphids like I'd never seen before). The gentleman then proceeded to help me find the best solution to get rid of the nasty little buggers, and it wasn't the most expensive solution in the store. I was sent on my way well armed with a sprayer and a pet and kid "friendly" insecticide. My tree is recovering marvelously thanks to the knowledgeable and friendly local staff!
