      The people are very nice. However, I signed up for services to be performed every 6 weeks. They do their assessment and quote online without coming to the property and looking at the yard. So, when they came for the first application, they left without doing applying because THEY misquoted me by OVER $100 --I gave them the benefit of the doubt and continued service. However, approximately every 3 weeks since April 30 I've had an application applied and been billed 3 x $144. And this last application was 2 in one and I was billed $243! I have massive weeds in the rear quarter of my property (which I specifically addressed with the office when starting service). I have burnt grass in the only area (middle backyard) that gets full midday sun which is caused by chemicals being applied when it is too hot. I have bugs and spiders in my house constantly so the perimeter pest control isn't effective. My main issue is, the tech which has been here every 3 weeks has not addressed the weeds or the burnt grass. I was told to "take a picture and email it to them" so a tech could come out. However a tech has been here every 3 (not 6) weeks and sees these problems, yet does (and says) nothing. I hired professionals to be professionals and paid handsomely for a professional service. The front yard looks great--which is where they put their sign...but the back yard does not. In response to the response from the owner: You have my phone number and you have my address. Your techs come out and service my yard whether I'm home or not. In the time it took for you to leave a response, you could have called and scheduled a time to come out or just came out yourself! I already called your business in an effort for someone to come and correct this problem, but I was told to go out in my back yard, TAKE PICTURES and send them in. Which makes ZERO sense to me since your techs have been here EVERY THREE WEEKS and see these issues! It would seem to me that, as the owner, YOU would take the initiative instead of asking me to.

      Absolutely terrible service. When Sams changed hands the quality went down dramatically. Fox tail and nut grass all over my yard after treatment had been completed. After reporting it they did come back out to retreat for free but seemed like they just put water on the ground as no help at all. At this point I was not pleased with my service as they knew, so I had not paid for the last treatment. So Sams then decided to go ahead and put the next treatment down bringing the bill up higher even though it had been discussed I was not paying for a service that they had not provided. After 11 years of lawn treatment on my property a lawn should not go this backwards in one season. The rebuttal of Sams was that it was a hard summer this year that caused this. However odd the neighbors on each side of me with different providers were not suffering from these hard summer conditions. Do not go for Sams unless you are will to pay for a service that will not be provided. “Pay no Spray” was not upheld in this situation as I would’ve been happy with no more “spray”. I will certainly not be returning as a customer nor will my neighbors who we all had been loyal customers. We all found that rain water would be equivalent to the “spray treatment” we had this year.

      My apologies! Sam’s policy has always been after two consecutive treatments and no payment services are paused. As Sam himself has always said “no pay no spray.” Sam’s Turf uses premium products in all of our applications to help our clients have the lawn of their dreams. We also track all of our technicians documenting their location and time at each property they treat. I do apologize if you feel our service where not up to par and would love the opportunity to continue service now the account has been brought current.

      Sam’s has our yard looking the best in the neighborhood! They have our weeds under control and if some pop up they come right back out to take care of it. They did aerate and seed our yard last month and the results are amazing. I do recommend them.
