  Very bad experience. Sam Bourne was recommended to me from a business associate. After an initial very nice call, he quickly came to check my drive way and sent me an offer via text. I then asked for more clarification and whether there are options for a discount. After that I did not hear from him for several days, until it snowed and I called again and learned that he felt asking for a discount was ‘disrespectful’, and that he wasn’t ready to serve me. Here I am with a snowed in driveway…looking for help elsewhere.
