  We had our grass installed last year by this guy. It immediately started flooding so he sent his son out who fixed a valve they installed incorrectly and let us know that if the flooding continued to let him know and he would fix it. We had him come back two additional times as it continued having issues. He told us if it continued it would need to be re leveled. We turned off our sprinklers for winter and didn't go in our backyard the ground was too soggy to walk on from the drain issue. We recently hired a gardener who turned our sprinklers back on and immediately the drain issue occurred again. The Gardner we hired said the install was done incorrectly as well. There are a few holes next to our patio from our feet sinking into the ground into the mud. Saleen says these are from our dog and now refuses to fix the issue. We paid nearly $7000 to have the yard leveled and irrigation and sod installed and we can't even walk on the grass. I would never do business with Saleen again. We will be reporting to BBB.

  Thank you for your one star review. It’s always appreciated. First of all and even though our warranty period has expired, we never said that we won’t fix the issue and that was the reason I was there the other day. But there are things which you as the homeowner need to do before pointing fingers. I called you from your house as soon as I went there and told you what the issues were. I notified you that there are 2-3 drain openings at that very spot and that needs to be clear of debris at all times. All the drain openings were covered with grass growing on top of them. I found two openings and uncovered them, couldn’t find the other one. This needs to be done by you. I also notified you about the pot holes created by your dogs running on the grass. Some of the pot holes are 6-7 inches deep. Also notified you that since the pot holes were created by your dogs, you will have to get some topsoil and level the yard yourself as we are at no fault here. Plus you need to manage your watering schedule cause when I asked, you didn’t even knew what your watering schedule was. So as a homeowner, you need to be sure that the drain openings are clear of debris so that the system can function efficiently, how much and when you water, manage your pets so that they don’t dig and create pot holes and if they do as in your case then it’s your responsibility to fix it and not the contractor because we will always lay sod on a level smooth surface. Thank you

  Thursday, March 17th, at around 12:25pm one of your drivers (skinny, brown skinned man with big eyes,and attitude to match) proceeded to drive in two lanes, without a signal, or any indication of where he meant to go, whilst sweving to make sure that no one passed him. While doing this, he managed to almost hit the side of my vehicle, which is a certified fire department vehicle, with clear signage and representation around the outside of the vehicle. Not knowing where you are is one thing, but not caring about the drivers around you is another argument altogether. This person does not need to be behind the wheel at any time and should have an immediate toxicology check because of the fact that his eyes were super red and he seemed to be a little slow to react to things. Putting drivers and pedestrians at risk is not something that I think your company wants to do, but this man definitely has other intentions while.on the clock. This occurred on Elk Grove Florin and Stockton rd, right next to elk grove Park

  Outstanding quality work, very professional, this is our 4th time having Salen's work on projects on our property. Great communications and would recommend them
