I've seen low reviews of this company and I've had my doubts. I used them because they were the company who does the warranty repairs for Lowes, where I bought my piece of junk Troy-Bilt riding mower. This year, my mower just stopped running. I called and they came and picked it up. Being that is was not under warranty, they charged me a pick up fee. Got it back and after using it two times, it stopped again. I spoke with the owner Scott and he said he would have it picked up and looked at. When they looked at it, he told me they fixed it and there would be no charge. I then had them do their standard tune up. They returned it and now it was sputtering I also noticed that they actually did charge me for fixing the original problem. I called and remained calm. Scott was calm as well and said he would look into the overcharge. He also gave me some advice as what to try with regards to the sputtering. In all fairness, they sent me a refund and his advice worked. I question people who over react and then write angry reviews. Edit date: 5/20/20 I wrote the above review after I got my mower back. I will stick to saying that Scott was right, but after I got the mower back it stopped running. I spent too much money with these guys so I went out and bought a new mower. And yes, I do blame them for not fixing the problem correctly. It was like putting a band aid on when surgery was needed.

Bought a new troybilt pony from lowes jefferson city June of last year used about 4 or 5 times went to mow went it about 4 weeks ago put fresh gas in it start it went top drive to start mowing in gauged blade it stoped and wouldn't start back engine would just turn over would. Not start back was pick to be looked it under warranty said I had water in oil and filter and gas when it left her there was no water I checked it 10 mom before it was picked up told them I had va apt to call before bring it back today june 18th got home about 2 pm it was unload in my front yard with key in and he was getting ready to leave and never called me. Will not ever take any law mower here again

Charles, you have a right to your opinion of our business. If you are going to put a negative comment, please post all issues. I went above and beyond for you since you seem to push your family issues at to why you needed to be in front of everyone else. I spoke to you several times along with the tech explaining the tarp you stored you mower under was drawing moisture and condensing into the engine. We explained to you this was not a manufacturer defect. I know you disagreed with this diagnostics, but the manufacturer confirmed with us this was the issue. I spent hours with manufacture, tech along with calling on your fine for getting your yard mowed. If you choose not to use us, I understand. I also told you that you could make payments because you said you were on a fixed income. I do not appreciate the negative remarks when I spent hours trying to help you out. I also put you in front of other units to help you out and calling the city to waive your fine, since we had your mower. Also, you did not even pay for the repairs, Lowe's did. You were asked if your mower could be left if you were not home and you told the dispatch that would be ok. If you have any other questions please call me, Stephanie 865-475-9016. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE . VERY POOR WORKMANSHIP ON MY MOWER !!!! They got my lawn mower and they say the spindle broke because of impact with something well ok whatever I know I didn't hit anything ,so I ask them to refix the deck ,the deck weld had broke in July of last yr and they took it and about 4 or so weeks later I get it back and can not mow no lower than 6 on my mower and ask them to straighten that up which they said yeah the deck is 3/4 inch unlevel and then they say they can't do anything about it cause it's not covered un warranty even tho it's their mess up , so the husband goes to their shop to get our mower brings it home and 5 mins after having it home takes deck off and notices that the same deck weld that they was suppose to fix is broke and they didn't even notice it BUT still charged a diagnose fee . STILL DO NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY AND WILL NEVER TAKE ANYTHING TO THEM AGAIN !

I am sorry you are not pleased, but both sides should be seen. I have tried to take care of you the best I could. Warranty decided this is not a manufacturer defect.
