I hired S&S Lawn Care for a landscaping project. I paid the owner Scott Simmons 1560.00 to buy mulch and seed and get the job started. When I hired Scott he shared that he would have 4 or 5 of his guys complete the project in a week or less. Three months later the job was not completed. There is no mulch, no seed for grass and none of the work he promised. Scott has had a myriad of excused such as weather and my house is a rental. Mondays were reserved for Scott. He could work any Monday regardless of it being rented or not. He also had several 2 week periods in that 3 months when the house was vacant. He has not refunded the down payment and he has not done the work.
