  Purchased a brand new scag tiger cat. Machine had 7 hours on it and needed warranty work done. Lady at the desk refused service on the machine. She stated it wasn't their "policy" to work on a machine that was not bought from them. Even though scag would be paying them for the work. I will be contacting scag about this as well. Would not recommend them.
