  First of all, paid over $700 for two flower beds for new bed liner, pull and spray weeds, and new mulch. After a few weeks, I started to notice weeds coming up like crazy. I started to dig around and found out that none of the liner went all the way to the edges of the flower bed and NONE of it was tacked down. I contacted him and he came back out, put some more liner down (still not tacked down), and left. A few more weeks go by and more weeds come through. I contacted him, he said he would come back and pull the weeds and take a look at the liner. He never came. I texted again and again and he still hasn't come. I just did it myself and did a better job than he did. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Took my money and ran.
