I bought my first tractor here. The owner and sales staff are definitely first rate. I have also taken my daughters here for donations and they always donate. I received a Christmas basket from them. I really do like them. But….. the service department has been a different story. I went in for new brush mower blades, they don’t carry them in stock. When talking to the clerk he gave me a hard time for calling them brush hog blades because it’s the wrong brand and for not knowing the specific model I have even though I had bought a 48” land pride from them. I didn’t need the talking down to and it took just a minute to look my info up. Since they had to order them they also want me to pay the shipping and everything else. It’s easier to just order online. I’m having some issues with hydraulic leaks in the quick release. Online it is extremely common but on the phone they make it sound like they have never heard of the issue before. Also they cannot tell me If it’s covered by the warranty it not. It’s brand new. Also I had to change a front tire. They will sell the tire but don’t do the work. They want to send me to another town to get it done. The clerk thought it was funny when he told me. So my take is if you’re a decent hands on mechanic and can do most your own maintenance it’s great company overall but if your hoping to get personal help and support my experience hasn’t been very good.

Had a wonderful experience buying my first ever tractor here. Jason Ward did a great job answering our questions and even went above and beyond to handle a user error issue I had and helped walk me through what I was doing wrong after illuminating the possibility that I was right with me. Between the service and amazing selection I would recommend anyone asking me about where to get a tractor to go here
