  This is my reply to your reply. The MSRP of the mower is $2749.00. It is $2599.00 for a cash deal, which I did, and it was still $2699.00 before tax. Your associate offered a full refund (which is not a viable option seeing that I need this mower) or replacement blades and an oil change. No fuel filters or air filters were offered to me whatsoever. So that’s also not correct. So in other words, no option that your company provided was sufficient for this used lawn mower that I paid $2699 for. DONT WORRY, Hustler is taking care of your mistakes. I am shocked that your reaction is to argue with me. We were offered a cheaper price for a CASH deal. Not because the mower had 5 hrs on it, rusted blades, scratches, and a dirty air filter. It was intentionally kept from us and that’s the problem.

  Very friendly staff. Knowledgeable about the mowers. Thoroughly explained how to run and check things on the equipment. Had extra filters, oil, etc available.
