As a contractor, Do NOT work for this company. I own a small snow removal business in NJ. Took on about 10 sites from them. First storm comes we service the properties. We go to submit the invoices and they tell us the properties were not done correctly, they had to hire someone to fix it. Meanwhile we never received a single complaint from them. We have picture proof of all work being complete. We still have not been paid a penny. They probably owe us around 10k and we have to file a lawsuit in order to get paid now(which we are in the process of now) David is a terrible person a liar and doesn't know how to run a business. If your looking to hire them: Don't your better off finding a local reliable company. So much of what's on their site is a lie. They do not have any of their own equipment they outsource everything. They have no clue how to plow snow. They don't have 15 locations or whatever it says. I have researched into that and most the addresses either don't exist or have no affiliation with them. They are just trying to make themselves look good. This guy and his whole company is a scam and he just wants to get high value clients and find the absolute cheapest contractor to do the work for him. Word of advise stay clear

I've worked with Royal for years now, we have a huge apartment complex in Essex County and Royal really does a great job. Dave is great really personable.
