Royal Greens is such a great lawn care company! I love that it’s a local business and the owner is more than happy to speak with me personally. The girls in the office are so kind and helpful and the techs are thorough and great at what they do! I love that they put everything out in the open. Unlike what other reviewers are saying, I had no trouble understanding that everything automatically renews. It’s literally written on everything they send out and leave behind. They make sure to send a letter and email you multiple times. Plus they offer day before notifications which are SOOOO useful due to my dogs running in and out all day. That brings me to another plus: dog friendly! These folks love dogs and having products that are family friendly made my decision easy when first signing on. Don’t let sour reviews steer you away, because you’ll be sad you did! This company is a great one and value customer satisfaction. When I had a small issue with a weed area that just wouldn’t die, they answered my question extremely fast and even came out to spray for free! They were so nice about it, too! Niceness goes a long way! Thank you Royal Greens! My lawn looks great thanks to you!

Royal greens is the best lawn care provider in my opinion as it’s been the best one that I have used! My questions are always answered quickly, my lawn looks great, and their online portal is easy to access. Everyone is very professional and I love that it’s a local business!

Be aware of your next year service. They said at the beginning of the contract that they will notify you when your contract will expire because it automatically renew if you are not paying attention. They will come to your house and do the service and you will receive a bill and that is when you find out that your contract was expire. We reach out to see why we did not get notified and they said they sent notifications but the only thing we got was service appointment emails but of course they blame Covid for it. Lastly no changes to our grass were noticed during our contract!
