  We wanted Rost Landscaping to design and install our landscaping because we play putt-putt at the facility where they designed and installed a wondrous array of trees and plants at Midway. It totally makes the whole experience pure pleasure. They also did hardscaping there. It compliments the plantings, is aesthetically pleasing, very heavy-duty materials that should last forever and a day. This is a business that does what it says it will do, and hold themselves accountable for the outcome.

  The initial consultation by this company was professional and seemed to be honest. However after the money was handed over and the work was complete I later found out about the lies. They will tell you one thing and then slide in contracts something completely different. It took me almost 6 months of phone calls and emails to get any kind of response out of them. Bottom line you can spend a lot of money and after they get your money they could care less. Stay away from this company

  Greg, we are sorry you are unhappy with your experience with us. However, contract is presented and required to be signed by you prior to any work being done. We feel that by doing this, we are being very upfront about what you can expect, not lying. You were not required to pay the deposit prior to signing the contract and we have not failed to comply with the contract. We are very sorry for any confusion.

  My retaining wall started moving soon after they installed it. They ignored my requests to fix it for years even though their GM guaranteed it. I finally got their attention and was told they guarantee retaining walls for one year only and their GM was not authorized to guarantee anything. Beware of this company!
