  Horrible communication, yes work gets done eventually but was never told what the cost of the fix. Item taken in works fine but would have liked to know cost of each item before he proceeded to do them. I was also told 3 different items each time needed new parts when I called to get a timeframe on service.

  The guy Victor seems like a nice guy except he acted money hungry! After he gave me his word that he would sell me a used part for $25, he turned around and changed his mind once I got there to $45! And he resisted to let me see if it would work (after installed) for that price! He said he would charge me $10 more to install it to let me see that it did work! I told him that I could easily install it myself there (with my own tools) since I was the one that had taken off the part from my device. But he said no, he would have to do it! So from $25 it jump to $55! I decided not to pay that amount and left. The only reason I'm not rating him 1 star is that, he was at least nice enough to get a hold of me after I left to let me have it at $40. He also let me see that it did work on my device, but I had to install it. Although I had to turn around on the road and freeway after like 10 miles, I wasn't too upset. He was nice enough to change his mind and call me back. 😀 Now my device works! ! ! 👍👍

  Great experience as always. Does a fantastic job at service and maintenance of my lawn mower. 20 years later it still runs and looks like it did the day we bought it.
