  ***PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS BUSINESS. READ FULL ISSUE BELOW AND CONTACT ME IF THIS HAS HAPPENED TO YOU*** Hi Thumbtack, We have given Lloyd Victor Rosdahl of “Rosdahl's Lawn Services” 40 days to issue us a refund of $650 - we asked for a refund on April 16, 2018. He has texted us and let us know that he will be unable to give us a refund and told us that he has been unable to work for the past 3 months. He was recently reviewed by another customer on your website for doing lawn care work within the past 3 months. We would like a refund and have had an extreme hardship with this Thumbtack pro. We have hired an attorney to get our refund back and will likely pursue the attorney's cost as well as the hardship we have endured. Is there a way to inform other customers of the issue with this business? I do not want anyone else to receive the same treatment or not receive their money back after giving adequate time to refund. How can Thumbtack protect customers from issues such as these with these types of pros? If you need any documentation to show any of this, please let me know. We will also include the chat transcripts in case you need this as well.
