  Spoke to Mark about a month ago to come and look at our property because we were interesting in putting in a retaining wall and some landscaping work. He said they were in the middle of a big job and that he would call me the following Friday. No problem. Well, I waited over 2+ weeks for him to call me back. So, since I did not hear from Mark I decided to call him again and left a message. As of today, I still have not heard from him. Can't say I could trust a company to show up if they can't even return a call when they said they would. Unprofessional!

  Work was done right and within the stated budget. We are very happy with the results. Would definitely use Roots and Shoots again.
