  Edited to Add: Roots did call me back and explain that they had been having phone issues and apologized for the delay in response. They were also kind enough to send me a list of vendors who could possibly help me with my yard issue. They followed up to make sure I'd received the list of vendors and I let them know that I had received it. I am unable to delete my negative review but wanted to update it. I've left 2 messages and called 3 times to try to get an estimate to have some work done on my front yard. I started calling on Tuesday and as of Thursday no one has returned my call. They're outgoing voicemail message says that my call is very important to them but it seems that is not the case. I tried to go by the address listed on Google and it's the AT&T store on 82nd. This company was recommended to me by Ashton Walden but not sure they're worthy of being recommended by such a reputable company.

  Mrs. Gomez, We have been experiencing technical issues with our phone systems especially this week! Thank you for reaching out, however email is the most responsive way for us to communicate with potential clients. In regards to our address; we are a family owned business that operates out of our home office. The address listed is our mailing address because we rent a box from the UPS store! At this time due to rain and our existing list the schedule of full and unable to accommodate new customers for landscape or maintenance. We will be in contact by phone once we locate your voicemail and are able to respond.

  I have never been more pleased with a lawn and landscaping company! They are professional, timely, and do excellent work. They are much more than some guys that mow your lawn. They are very knowledgeable about regional landscaping "dos," "don'ts," and trends. Their prices are fair and they even do Christmas lights - perfect for this time of year. We have, and continue to, use them at all of our businesses and at my personal home.

  WOW, WOW, WOW!!! I just had these guys come out to handle a very tough job (including 6 foot weeds all over my backyard), and they blew it out of the water. Even though they were busy, they made me feel like a priority. They were both friendly and professional. I couldn't believe how amazing my yard looked when they were through with it - And they handled it so fast. I mean, how efficient can you get? Whatever sort of lawn project you have, don't hesitate to call these guys. They can do whatever you need and do it in a way that will make you excited that you called them. I rate them as the top lawn care company in town, BY FAR...There isn't even any real competition, in my opinion. Anyway, I could go on and on, but I will leave it at that. Once again, WOW!!!
