I knew Pedro when he was still in high school, and recently connected with him again when I saw him driving his Roots Landscape truck.  My yard needed help as we took out a huge pine tree from back yard.  I asked Pedro if he could help us figure out what to do with the hole in our yard.  I am so happy with Roots Landscape and what Pedro and his team did for our back yard.  So happy, in fact, Pedro and his team are on project number 2!  I will always call Roots Landscape whenever I need professional landscaping!  Big or small, Roots will do it all!

Pedro and his team did an amazing job with the landscaping of our new home. From the beginning when we were getting an estimate, he was super professional and quick to respond. My husband and I really appreciated him explaining what was needed and why, as well as his expert recommendations. We are novices in landscaping and he gave us great recommendations that fit our vision for what we wanted our yard to be in the future. He and his team worked quickly and completed our project on time and for an honest price. We really appreciate the whole team and their hard work!

If your looking for some who will create a masterpeice out of your landscape and have a well designed sprinkler system with clear communication, well just keep looking. I had the unfortunate displeaser of working for Pedro at Roots Landscape. I have worked for other landscape companies but Roots was the most disorganized. I barely new what was happening from day to day. Even the plans for  customer's houses were left unclear. I had to constantly ask "what is going on." What it came down to was Pedro's serious lack of communication, and on site management of his crew. Also if that didn't make it hard, he would only speak Spanish to those that understood it, and expect me to figure out the plans from the other crew members. Sounds like a terrible game of telephone. Also if I got plans confused or simply didn't receive them, he would then grill me publicly, wether in  a restaurant or in front of a customers home. Talk about a good foundation for a sold company. Simply put Roots Landscape is hardly worth the effort. Save yourself the frustration and consider elsewhere.
