Love this company! Highly professional from presentation to installation, I have nothing but good things to say about this company! We had a new sprinkler system installed in April 2021. We also signed up for the weed & feed program which consists of 5 visits for application. I was notified the day before each application and they showed up on time, every time! The new install included a visit to make sure the system was working properly and to make any adjustments to sprinkler heads. Then I received a visit to blow out the system for winter, also included w/ installation. I am so very impressed! Great job Ron Hall staff from front desk to installers!!

Ron Halls service is unreal! We had called to have our sprinklers blown out. My wife called to set up a time and they would "put us on the list and get to us when they could." 23 days later and we final had someone show up. Almost immediately a bill came (that didn't seem to take 23 days..) addressed to persons unknown. We sent it back, called, and reminded them we were not this person, as we had already did at time of scheduling and time of service. We were rudely told to give them a break because their employee who answers the phone is "old and can't hear well." There was no need for this, we were trying to fix YOUR mistake so we could pay the bill correctly. We will no longer be using your service and making sure to tell who we can.
Response from the owner
Mr. & Mrs. Oleson we apologize you were so dissatisfied with the service you received. Ron Hall himself is the “old employee” you are referring to and has built a highly successful business over the last 49 years. This explains why it took 23 days from the time you called until the service was done. This is typical for our company to run several weeks out when scheduling during our busiest times of the year and we are not shy when it comes to letting our customers know the time line when a service is scheduled. Mr. Hall is 86 years old and does not hear well, but he is the hardest working man and the most respectable boss you will ever meet, so again we apologize we are quick to defend such a wonderful man. As for the mistake on your invoice, it was immediately corrected when you spoke to someone specifically in billing and a new invoice was issued as promised. Please remember to close the drain in the manifold prior to turning your system back on and remember the leaks we found in the backyard manifold, as it states on your invoice. We would hate to have another bad review from the both of you blaming us for damage in the spring.

Had 4 valves replaced, was told it would be a one man job for a few hours. Two guys come out for the work on a Friday, took 3 hours, I supplied the valves. Got bill for $500 (yikes). Test system the following day and there is a leak and one zone won't shut off. Call for a follow up, told I would get a call on following Tues to reschedule; did not get call. Finally got guys out on Thurs, one of which was tickled to death he could bill me for finding out the leak was an existing problem and was super rude. Keep in mind one zone would not shut off from previous work, so they would have had to come out anyhow. Second crew was on site maybe 45 minutes. What happened to businesses finding a problem and fixing it without trying to stick it to you? Guy was questioning me like he was a special investigator about the leak, roundabout implying that I knew it was there before the other crew worked on the valves. Got another bill for $80 for them fixing the pre-existing leak near the valve box the first crew worked on. Overpriced, unprofessional, and rude; will try Greenup or Dusty's in the future. $580 to replace 4 valves (hardware provided) and patch up one leaky joint near the valve box. I need to get in the sprinkler business!
Response from the owner
Mr. White we are sorry that you have negative feelings about your experience with Ron Hall Sprinklers. However, if it took our experienced technicians several hours to replace 4 valves, your sprinkler system is not an average system to work on. We are happy to hear that your system is now fixed and functioning! Please know that in the future we would have appreciated a phone call to our office about the pricing concerns and give us the opportunity to remedy the situation.
