  It is no longer Rodden, but the guy (I am not putting him on blast) was helpful and pointed out a company that would do my project. Typically they do 50k jobs and my project wasn't a tenth of that amount.

  Rodden started my project in May of 2019 for some hardscape, flower beds and irrigation. This was forya small yard. The job was finished in November 2019. When it was time to plant the plants I had previously chosen, the irrigation system had already been winterized. So due to the increased costs and the timeline I chose only 7 trees for them to plant. Prior to the winterization of the irrigation system I informed J Phelps that some of the sprinkler heads were placed behind existing plants and was not getting water to the entire bed. He told me he would come back in the spring and adjust them. They have never come back to adjust the sprinkler heads only to place the backflow so the sprinkler system would work. Rodden programmed the irrigation system to water before 5:30 am. I finished planting the beds in early spring. When June came and we didn’t have as much rain, I noted my trees (Rodden) planted and other plants weren’t doing well. I started watering at night in addition to the am. I have two trees that have died. Rodden said they would replace them for $900. I mentioned to the young lady who came to look at the trees that I was watering them for about 10 minutes in the pm. She informed me that wasn’t long enough they needed to be watered about 20 minutes. Rodden programmed them to be watered for 3 minutes only every odd day. Some of the sprinkler heads had the landscape fabric placed over them and I had to cut the fabric (over them) for them to pop up and work. I have called regarding correcting the poor placement of the sprinkler heads and was told they were very busy and was told someone will call me. I have heard nothing! UPDATE: I had my backflow removed at the end of last season and found out their was a leak. This was from the original installment. When Todd with T & L came back this month to set up my Backflow, he fixed the leak and found that the junction box for the irrigation system was really put together poorly. He made some corrections and is working well now. Would strongly recommend him for any irrigation work. I would not use Rodden or Blue Ribbon (bought Rodden). Very expensive and poor quality of work. I have never heard from the owners either regarding my post. Guess they don't care!

  Rodden Landscape does absolutely amazing work! If you are looking to have landscaping or hardscaping work done then I would certainly reach out to them, specifically Mr. Richard Pigott. A great guy and a joy to work with! The secretary I spoke with on the phone, Jennifer, was excellent as well!
