  I do not recommend Brandon Keyes and Rocky Mountain Landscaping. I wish I had read these reviews before signed up my yard job. Brandon never calls when he says he will. Install was 4 days late, the job was done wrong (should have been rock border on all 4 sides of my yard, they only did 2 sides. The sod they put down was 15-20 % dead on the edges (I have pictures), the sprinkler system was hooked onto the outside spigot instead of tapping into the main water supply for more pressure (I have pictures). The pipes leaked, they bent my back gate. They came back and worked on the gate but ultimately I had to hire someone else to fix it properly. They tried to tighten the piping but it still leaks a tiny bit. The sprinkler heads were not covering the whole yard (which is small) and I finally had to call another company to change out and change some heads to try and get more water pressure and cover spot that were dying. Brandon finally called me 3 months after installation to see if everything was good and get paid. I told him there were still some dead spots in the sod. He sent a guy out that replaced the biggest dead spots with sod that was just about dead. I have pictures of this too. Next year I will be paying a plumber to redo the piping to connect to the main water supply for more pressure and hope that will correct the water coverage issues I am having. Just cannot afford to do it now. And I will be calling another sprinkler company again this week as there is a new spot turning brown from lack of water which I'm sure is due to improper water pressure.

  I spot a trend on past reviews, and can say they are true. Beware of this company. The "warranty" on their plants doesn’t exist. And Brandon and co does not like to answer phone calls or emails. Does the company still exist? If they do, please choose someone else and save yourself time and money.

  My husband and I are extremely happy with our sod purchase from rocky mountain landscaping. Brandon was extremely helpful in tips to our questions we had about having sod in our yard. He was very professional and courteous. We will definitely use his company again for any and all of our landscaping needs in the future.
