  We hired Rock water farm for lawn care treatment. They were so irresponsible no show for the appointment twice and weeds were growing every where even after the treatment was completed. We reported the issue with Jessica Lopez no response from the office. We were still charged for the services even though they did not show up for the appointment. We reported the issue to Rock Water Farm next thing they do is submit our charges to collection. Terrible we will never hire them again.

  There you are Anish! You left out a few things, so I'll help you out. One of your lawn applications was delayed because our schedule fell behind due to Covid, which was communicated to you, and you were not billed for that application but refused to pay your previous invoice. You received no less than 8 emails from my office regarding service and billing, not to mention phone calls. After multiple attempts to contact you, followed by you calling our office and cussing at my staff (who are awesome btw), we happily sent your account to collections. Best of luck to you.

  Rock Water has done work for us many times. They completed a beautiful patio and landscaping in our last home. And now we have them doing our aeration, seeding and topdressing at our new home. Our lawn constantly gets compliments and many of our neighbors have gotten their services after seeing how wonderful our lawn looks. We highly recommend them to everyone. They are high quality and worth every penny.
