The secretaries that answer the phone and deal with company business are extremely UNPROFESSIONAL! They appear to take any customer complaint or concern very personally---as if they own the company. It also appears that the managers are in support of this behavior--- as one of the secretaries stated that the manager "agreed with her and would not give his full name to me (the customer) in order to properly report them." These ladies are NOT knowledgeable about lawn care at all---yet are tasked with the responsibility of answering questions about lawn care or service due to the higher ups working out of the office. The cost of lawn care is very, very expensive--approximately $3,000 per season---and so customers should be handled with more care. The billing secretary in particular was extremely rude---due to my unhappiness with the lawn service and cancellation of services. She went on to state that because I had questions about whether or not a service was performed on my property---an attorney will reach out to me in regards to my final bill...although I never stated that I would not pay that bill. I just wanted to ensure that I was paying for services that were truly performed. Funny thing is...I too am an attorney..so it was laughable! There was a lot of micro-aggression in her method of communicating with me, as well as improper blaming, fast-talking, rude over-talking, blasting the conversation to others in the office via speaker to appear blameless, refusing to listen to reason or get a manager that would listen and then finally hanging up in my ear. Pleeeeeaaaassssee DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE of hiring this company. Not only are these ladies rude (read the comments below from others carefully---the comments are real!), but the behaviors are condoned by management and so that is why there are SEVERAL reports in regards to the ladies that answer the phone---and no CHANGE. It is really disgusting and an awful way to run a local business. HOPE THIS REVIEW HELPS!!!!

The receptionists who answered the phone to this company was very unprofessional!!!!! Before I can request services for my lawn to be cut, the lady told me that they were closing and that I should call back on Monday which is understandable. I notice a little attitude in her voice but I didn’t pay it no mind until I requested to make an appointment instead. The lady repeated her self again but this time she really came off rude. Before I can respond she hung up the phone. Well I thought maybe it was bad connection between our lines so I tried calling her back twice but no one pick up. If you smart and reading this you can put two to two together and guess what just happened there. It’s so sad to see bad customer service at that level destroy the reputation of a company.

I call to obtain an estimate and they came very quickly Later the same day. Initially I was very impressed by how quickly they came to my house and I was sure to use them for the yard work. However four days go by and no estimate was given so I call the office, spoke to a very nice woman who apologized and said she would email me by end of day. Well three more days go by and I call again. Same thing happens again a very pleasant conversation, an apology and a promise to send the estimate. Several days later I have not received the estimate. I won’t waste my time with this company any more. On to another landscaper.
